Rentals

Limited housing opportunities are available in Three Springs.

Two bedroom units are available for rent from the Shire (basically furnished at $60 per week). Older style fibro/timber homes are available for rent from time to time ($120 per week unfurnished). Some houses on farms are occasionally available for rental.

The recently established Kadathinni Units managed by the Shire cater for elderly residents of Three Springs.

The Ministry of Housing also have limited properties available within the town.

For Sale

Houses are occasionally available for sale. Enquiries can be made at the Shire Office on 9954 1001 or admin@threesprings.wa.gov.au regarding current situations and contact points for the respective agents.

Vacant Residential Blocks

There are a number of vacant residential blocks throughout the town, both privately owned and Shire subdivision blocks.The town has deep sewerage throughout.

Industrial Blocks of Land

Council has a number of blocks for sale in the Water Street industrial subdivision.
