Three Springs has the health facilities to cater for the needs of residents and visitors both young and old with the provision of a doctor, dentist and child and community heath nurse being supported by a high standard of medical infrastructure.

An eight bed Multi Purpose Service Centre compliments the facilities provided for the aged including the Kadathinni Units. District Care services are available through the MPSC and a week day meals on wheels service is delivered by volunteers.

Excellent general support is provided by the shire, community groups and individuals by way of cleaning of yards, transport, shopping requirement etc.
